After splasher, the French studio splashteam is in full work on its second game, Tinykin. Previously announced on switch and PC, this title that is inspired by Pikmin mechanics is now also confirmed on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series and Xbox One for an output that aims for the summer of 2022.
Romain Claude and Marie Marquet, the two directors of the game, present us in a few minutes the concept of this title mixing platform, reflection and exploration, a cocktail stirred in such a way that it necessarily recalls a certain Nintendo license. In the skin of Milo, a tiny scientist from the future having landed in a big house of the 90s, the player must collect hundreds of small creatures of different species to allow him to progress in the adventure. Thus, green Tinykin can pile up one on the other to create scales, while roses can move heavy objects.
You probably already guessed it, but the goal of the game is to gather the components of a machine that will allow the small character to return home. Even without his critters, Milo is not completely demuni and can slide on his soap skateboard, which will allow him to get away from a corner to another of the house and do some races for the populations insects of the house. These quests are not a volunteer hobby, it is also for Milo to get in return what to improve his skills.
