Various details about Death Stranding: Director's Cut were revealed in Gamescom. A new advance showed several of the characteristics of the PlayStation 5 update, including online classification tables, new mobility options and more.
Death Stranding: Director's Cut is an update of the divisive PS4 game of Hideo Kojima, with new mechanical changes that revolve mainly around the battle. The game has a launch date of September 24 during the Sony July State of Play event.
One of the largest new features of director's cut is Buddy Bot. This delivery support partner will help players deliver packages by taking them to their destination or simply holding an additional charge while following Sam. There are other additional delivery assistants, including propellers and a cargo catapult.
The jump ramps also appear on the update, which provides players even more travel options. These ramps amplify motorcycle skills and allow players to jump great distances. Players can make bicycle tricks while they are in the air.
Other images shown during this disclosure include a new MASER pistol, which has the ability to stun the enemies. There is also a completely new online classification system that is related to the shooting field and the running mode of the update.
Director's Cut provides more action to the Death Stranding experience. Players can not only visit the battles against heads from their private room, but also access new action-full delivery missions.
At the end of the trailer, a teaser was shown, possibly sharing a new experience of chief or history that reaches Death Stranding. Shown Sam looking through a door before a giant creature appears from the shadows to fend him an ambush.
Death Stranding: Director's Cut will be launched on September 24 for PS5.
