Meidericher Spielverein 02 e. V. Duisburg, generally understood as just MSV Duisburg (German pronunciation: [ʔɛm ʔɛs faʊ ˈdyːsbʊɐ̯k], is a German organization football club based in Duisburg, North Rhine-Westphalia. Nicknamed Die Zebras for their conventional candy striped jerseys, the club was one of the original participants of the Bundesliga when it was developed in 1963, although they are currently playing in the 3rd rate of German football.
Ferdi Acar was trained at MSV Duisburg, RW Oberhausen and Roda Kerkrade before he kicked the VFB Homberg in Ober- und Regionalliga for four years. In a total of 57 competitive games for Homberg, the Midfielmann met 18 times and prepared 13 more results. With the transfer of Ferdi, we expand our midfield for a facet that we did not have to show in the squad. He is incredibly ball-proof and often creative, even in narrow areas of the playing field, which can create new situations. Good feeling for spaces and brings a fine standard foot into the overall package, says Managing Director Karim El Fahmi. Even if he comes from a longer injury-related pause, we are convinced that he will give us a lot after integration in the team and receipt of the rhythm, El Fahmi continues. Acar stood until summer 2020 in the squad of the VFB Homberg, since then he is without club.
